The Aim of the WFLD
The aim of the World Federation for Laser Dentistry (WFLD) is to serve as a non-profit medium for the exchange, advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge, elated to the use of lasers for application and research in the oral and dental environment. Membership is encouraged from all those interested in research, development and use of laser technology related to dentistry, biology, medicine and surgery, so as to develop lines of communication between all phases of laser technology with the objective of improving standards in laser dentistry, furthering education, research and development and providing meetings for the exchange of ideas and methodology in the field of laser dentistry.

In the context of our 12th Annual Conference in Dubai the World Federation for Laser Dentistry (WFLD) decided to renew completely our website including the introduction of online (re-)registration for current and prospective WFLD members. It will take a certain time to finish this process. Thus, we apologize for any inconvenience caused during the time of re-construction of the website. Just click on the button below (or on the right!) to be taken to our registration. You can choose from different types of memberships. As a member of our association you will benefit from being part of the fast growing family of dentists and dental researchers involved in the treatment, education and developement in dental laser systems. The yearly fee for membership will be payed via PayPal, worldwide usable and secure. Upon registering you are taken to your paypal account or you can simply open one with your credit card, or any other accepted major banking card, and your current email address. You will receive an email with an activation link and then use your data to log into the member area of the WFLD, where you can also check your subscription status and print your invoice.
